The first one was held in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia in May 2011, the second one in Purwokerto, Yogyakarta, Indonesia in November 2013, and the third one in Baoding City, Hebei Province, China in May 2015. The attendance to these three conferences was remarkably good, attracting numerous presenters and participants from all over the world, notably from Australia, China, Indonesia, Thailand, and Nigeria. ¨ This year, the main theme for ICORE2017 is ‘Towards Resilient and Sustainable Community’. This conference serves as a platform for the participants to exchange ideas and share experiences in developing rural areas. A maximum of 5 keywords should also be provided. · Include name of author(s), affiliations, postal and email addresses. · The abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Committee.
