Strategic Cooperation Broadens To Europe

UUM ONLINE: 5 December - Deputy Rector of Technical University of Liberec (TUL), Czech Republic, Ass. Prof. Sona Jandova paid a courtesy call on the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dato' Seri Dr. Mohamed Mustafa Ishak at the Visitors Lounge, yesterday.

The meeting which was also attended by Head of Department, Technical University of Liberec, Assoc. Prof. Iva Petrikova and the Director, UUM Centre for International Affairs and Cooperation (CIAC), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohamad Farizal Rajemi was aimed at further developing international cooperation between the two institutions.

The meeting which was organized by the CIAC with the help of ASEA-UNINET Association (Asean European University Network) unlocked opportunities to carry out ongoing educational programmes on the European continent.

By further developing international cooperation, the efforts could bring about benefits to both institutions as strategic partners in enhancing the opportunities and potential of developing various educational activities.

The various areas of cooperation discussed during the meeting included research projects, exchange of ideas, student mobility, research projects and twin degrees.
