Scrumptious Spread Of Cuisine For Iftar Throughout The Month Of Ramadhan At EDCKL
UUM ONLINE: Kuala Lumpur, 8 May - To celebrate the upcoming Ramadhan, EDC Hotel Kuala Lumpur showcased a scrumptious spread of tantalising buffet for all customers throughout the month of Ramadhan.
 
UUM Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dato Seri Dr. Mohamed Mustafa Ishak said, the menu will be served at Sudirman Café, EDCKL from the first until the last day of Ramadhan.
 
"An array of 200 tantalising culinary delights will be offered throughout the month of Ramadhan at EDCKL including the “killer menu” Gulai Kawah (curry cooked in a large wok), Bubur Lambuk Kampung Baru (a rice porridge dish or congee cooked with assorted spices), Nasi Beriani and GearBox Soup (a hearty beef bone marrow broth)," said Prof. Dato Seri during the Preview of EDCKL Ramadhan Buffet.
 
A total of 160 guests were treated to a sumptuous spread featuring the special dishes to promote the Ramadhan special menu at EDCKL. Also present was the General Manager of EDCKL, Mr. Mokhtar Osman.
