1.1 SELF AWARENESS
DEFINISI
Ability to demonstrate proper awareness, assessment and control of a
person’s emotional state, attitudes, belief systems, image and strengths
in a way to maintain momentum, personal effectiveness and emotional
stability, even in the face of difficulties, provocations, stress and / or high
workloads. Recognizes one’s personal and professional areas of strength
as well as areas of development and is committed to continuous learning.
BEHAVIORAL INDICATORS
• Be aware of their own strengths and weaknesses and their impact on
the work needs of the PDRM.
• Seek and use feedback from others to evaluate and improve their own
performance.
