            DEFINITION

            Demonstrates a comprehensive sensitivity to power and influence
            relationship in one’s own organisation. Able to identify key people who
            influence particular decisions.

            BEHAVIORAL INDICATORS

            •   Is aware of and able to use the right people and corporate policies in
                order to achieve desired impacts, change, or results.

            •   Ability to identify key influential people who can help to achieve one’s
                goals.
            •   Able to predict how new events or situations will affect individuals and
                groups within the organisation.
            •   Uses the most appropriate channels and cost-effective means in
                communicating within and between departments / divisions and to
                achieve results.
