Strategize and acts to have an impact on others to be influenced
(Effectively utilises actions that are calculated in advance, selecting and
revealing information, assembling coalitions, using third-party experts to
achieve results).

• Identifies different needs of key people and adjust strategies to
influence them.
• Switches tactics in changing situations to convince others.
