DEFINITION
Ability to break problems into their components and considers organising
them in a systematic way, thinks through the consequences of situation,
events or actions and sets priorities on a rational basis.
BEHAVIORAL INDICATORS
• Breaks down a complex task into manageable parts in a systematic
way.
• Sets priorities for task in order of importance.
• Recognizes several likely causes of events and consequences of
options.
• Specifies logical sequences of actions or conditions required to
achieve desired outcomes.
• Notes consequences of actions or situations and possible alternatives.
