            DEFINITION

            Ability to measure and improve or upgrade work methods, procedures
            and systems and decrease costs in order to improve the quality and cost
            efficiency of services and products delivered to customers continuously.

            BEHAVIORAL INDICATORS

            •   Understand the value of innovation and continuous quality
                improvement.

            •   Identify the best alternatives for existing tasks or work processes, and
                offer suggestions for improvement.
            •   Receive feedback from all stakeholders systematically in tasks, systems
                and so on.
            •   Implement improvements in methods to make the task or work
                process more efficient under the direction of the head.

            •   Understand the task or process of the job and its impact on the
                purpose and objectives.

            •   Review best practices that can be used to improve the quality of work
                and ongoing work processes.
