Ability to demonstrate the degree to which one shares information
honestly with stakeholders so that decisions can be made accurately.
BEHAVIORAL INDICATORS
• Transparency in every action during work.
• Transparency at work can be seen through action, or read through
reports, or heard through conversation.
• Transparency regarding protocols, procedures, equipment,
techniques used in order to achieve the agreed goals.
• Transparency is shown professionally without judgment, criticism or
challenge to others.
• Transparency in the event that the action taken is not completed
properly.
