DEFINITION

Ability to demostrate to the extent where one is being truthful / genuine
to himself/ herself and sharing thoughts, feelings and relevant information
about personal experience openly with others.

BEHAVIORAL INDICATORS

• Exhibit true self where one is comfortable to show his/her real self at
work.

• Authentic attitude in congruence with his/her action and speech.

• Avoid behaving defensive, and exhibit openness to others’ feelings
and expression.

• Not exhibiting emotional distance between oneself and others.

• Be aware of his/her emotion and feelings and able to manage them to
allow himself / herself to interact naturally.
